With this value in mind, our service process begins with an in-person, complimentary vehicle inspection and consultation. This allows Luke to take a close look at the vehicle (including under our high-powered lighting), to have a thorough understanding of its condition. This appointment also offers the opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, and for Luke to learn what your particular concerns are, as well as your desired outcome.
Once this has been accomplished, we’re able to provide an accurate, customized service recommendation and the accompanying pricing. Every single vehicle is different, not to mention their owners. You are an individual, with your own preferences, concerns, circumstances, and budget. We promise to treat you that way, and to do our best to match you with the services that will provide you the most value.
I am going to take a very close, very thorough look at your vehicle. I’m going to listen carefully to what you tell me, regarding what is important to you. Then…I’m going to give you no-nonsense, Golden Rule type advice…the kind I would give my mom.
Often, this will mean recommending a combination of our services that best meets your needs. In some cases, it will mean referring you to another service provider who specializes in the area that is going to be most effective for your car. Occasionally, it means telling you that what we can offer isn’t going to be the right fit for your vehicle’s condition or your goals. Yes, even if it means we lose your business. Our integrity is that important to us. If your car isn’t a good candidate for paint correction or ceramic coating, I will tell you that.
When you schedule with us, you’ll receive a series of text messages. The first will be a payment request for your reservation deposit. This amount (15% of your total, applied to your invoice) guarantees your spot on our schedule. It is non-refundable, but can be transferred in the event that your appointment has to be rescheduled.
The next message will be a confirmation of your scheduled appointment, including the date and time.
The final pre-appointment message will be a reminder, 2 days prior to your appointment. This final message will request that you contact us to let us know when you plan to drop off your car.
As we are a lower volume shop that specializes in high-end services, we generally have 1-2 vehicles in the shop at a time. This allows us to give each car the time and attention needed to produce awesome results, and also gives us flexibility when it comes to logistics.
Most clients drop off their vehicles the afternoon or evening before their appointments. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00. If you need to drop off outside of those hours, we do have a key drop option available.
Because most of our work involves ceramic coating application, the vast majority of our clients pick up their vehicles the day after their appointment. This allows the coating to cure overnight before being exposed to the elements, which is best practice for it to be the most effective.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the detail process, informing you of any questions or issues that may arise as the work progresses. No additional services will EVER be added to your appointment or invoice without your authorization.
Finally, you can expect high value results from our services. We use professional techniques (trained by the best!), as well as high quality products and tools—nothing off the shelf at Walmart. It’s important to us that anything leaving our shop upholds the standard of quality we have for our business. If, for any reason, you aren’t thrilled when you pick up your vehicle…we want to know about it! We will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your experience and results.
